Lean, clean, and finally profitable: A finance firm’s wake-up call

When we joined this mid-sized financial services company, they were facing slow workflows, duplicated tasks, and decision-making lost in endless CC loops.

Over the course of 10 weeks, we worked closely with department heads to:

  • Map out every process (especially in compliance and client onboarding),
  • Kill off legacy tools they weren’t even using,
